My stay here had some highs and lows. While the staff were friendly and attentive, the overall experience was marred by issues with cleanliness and dated facilities. The location was convenient for events, though I think improvements are needed across the board.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was quite dated and had a musty smell. It felt a bit worn down and could definitely use a refresh.
Service

The service was overall decent, though there were some lapses in attention to detail. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, but clarity on breakfast times could have been better.

The hotel's location is great for attending events, especially being close to Hampden Park. It was convenient for getting around the city.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was hit or miss, with some meals being quite good, but others lacking in quality. Breakfast was decent, although I felt rushed on busy mornings.

Staying at this hotel was quite the experience. While it had a friendly staff member, Callum, and some comfortable areas, the other issues really overshadowed the positives. The rooms need serious attention, especially concerning cleanliness, with reports of mold and cold showers. The dining was another disappointment, with limited breakfast options and questionable food quality. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were very stuffy and dated, with some walls showing signs of mold. They really need a makeover, and the patched doors felt unwelcoming.
Service
5.0
Callum was the standout staff member, handling issues effectively. However, other staff members lacked warmth and follow-up.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was decent, particularly for accessing local events, but it's not enough to make up for the other problems.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a letdown, with breakfast just consisting of a piece of fruit and dinner quality leaving much to be desired.
Facilities
5.0
The overall facilities felt neglected, contributing to a sense of discomfort during the stay.

The hotel has some appealing aspects, such as the cleanliness of the facilities and the comfort of the bedding, which contributed positively to my overall stay. However, my experience was marred by a lack of effective customer service and unresolved issues with my room, which were quite disappointing. While the location is decent for events, the service could definitely use improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were neat and tidy, although some issues related to the maintenance diminished the overall experience.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, particularly in addressing my complaints, which was quite frustrating.
Location

I had a fabulous stay at Kingspark while attending the World Pipe Band Champs. The staff were super friendly, and the location is perfect for events like this, being close to public transport. The rooms were a good size and had great Wi-Fi, but some dining issues left a bit to be desired. Overall, I'd say it was a great experience!
